Delivery Information

1. Placing an Order

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on-line. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the "Add to Cart" button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.


2. Payment and Sales Tax

Presently, Agriculture Solutions accepts credit card payments from Visa and Master Card through secure online transactions through Paypal.

Because Agriculture Solutions operates in Canada, we are required to collect 13% sales tax on orders shipped to a Canadian address. Those who live outside of Canada will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.


3. Order Status / My Account

If you'd like to check the status of your order, we encourage you to refer to your order confirmation where you will find the lead time for the items you ordered. Please note that the lead times reflected are approximate, and are for the production time needed to complete assembly of your order. Shipping transit times add one to three days to your lead time depending on the item shipping method used and destination.

4. International Orders

At this time, Agriculture Solutions cannot ship direct items outside the U.S. or Canada. For special information or requests please email us.

6. Shipping Methods and Charges

Standard shipping charges are based on UPS and Canada Post shipping costs and calculated directly by UPS and Canada Post, respectively.


7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on original sealed like new condition products. To cancel your purchase within 4 hours of placing your order, please notify Agriculture Solutions by phone or email stating the reason for the cancellation. You might however, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us with the details and we will do our best to satisfy you.

Damaged Goods: If your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days. Failure to do so voids any responsibility we may have had.

Cancellations: Agriculture Solutions works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us ASAP (same business day of placing your order) at 1 855 247 6548 and we will do our best to cancel your order.
